Sign up here! Fill out your preferences and account information to get started. During checkout, you’ll choose your wines and pick your order frequency (every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months). Your subscription is based on your signup date. So if you sign up on April 15 and choose a monthly frequency, you’ll be charged again on May 15.

Currently, we can only ship subscription orders.

You can skip a shipment or cancel altogether through your account. Please note that we cannot issue refunds after your card has been charged, except for errors on our part.

Log in to your account to view your dashboard. Click “Account Details” to update your address, credit card, email or password. We can also update your info via email. Just reach out to stoked@superhappywine.com.

It’s very difficult to make changes to your shipping address once your card has been charged. We may be able to update your address before printing out the shipping label. Email stoked@superhappywine.com ASAP to make the adjustment. We cannot redirect your package once it’s been shipped. You can use the UPS website to hold your package at a location, but please note UPS may charge a $20 fee. Otherwise, they will make a few delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

Super Happy is a Field Recordings label, which means we’re powered by the same team (and warehouse)! Your order will ship from Field Recordings’ facility in Paso Robles, CA. Your shipping label and confirmation emails will mention Field Recordings, too.

We use UPS Ground shipping, which arrives in about four business days for out-of-state orders. Throughout the summer (from May through September), we’ll use UPS 2-Day Express to ship out-of-state orders. We’ll send your precious cargo on ice, so it’ll arrive safe to drink. But we still need your help: Please make sure you’re home to sign for your order.

You can ship to your residence — just make sure you’re home to sign for the shipment. You can also ship to a workplace or UPS access point, which ensures your wine stays cool until it’s convenient to pick up. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for any reshipping costs if your package is returned to us. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

We’re glad you asked. We offer a 10% discount through our Super Happy Subscription Club. It’s totally customizable: Choose your wines and your frequency, and skip or cancel online at any time. All subscription purchases will receive 10% off.

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If not, please reach out so we can find a resolution. We cannot accept wine returns, but if your bottles are damaged or unfit for consumption, we can arrange a replacement. Please email stoked@superhappywine.com if you have any issues with your order.
